CMN Online Store Policies

  1. Orders must be a minimum of $250.00 to be submitted.
  2. Orders are not finalized until confirmed by CMN staff. Please allow up to 1 business day for
    a confirmation email to be returned.
  3. CMN is a working farm and as such is not conducive to browsing. All orders must be submitted
    in advance so that our crews have adequate time to pull your order.
  4. Delivery is available for an additional fee. Please include a delivery address in “Additional Notes” if
    you wish to receive a quote for delivery.
  5. Payment is required at time of delivery or pick-up. 30 Day accounts are available upon approved
    credit.
  6. Cash or company check is acceptable.
  7. All major credit cards are accepted with a 3.75% convenience fee.
  8. Pick-up hours are between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm Monday-Friday.
  9. Orders will be held for 30 days.
  10. No warranty is expressed or implied upon acceptance of plants.
  11. Returned plants are subject to approval by CMN staff and up to a 15% restocking fee.
